The Lost Bay Third Party License

We are excited about you designing and publishing your own module compatible with The Lost Bay RPG. 

To publish under TLB Third Party License you must adhere to those terms.

  • You can’t reproduce or translate text or from The Lost Bay books.
  • The Lost Bay can't appear in your product title, subtitle or cover. Though you can mention it the inner text.
  • You are free to name in your product: all the Districts, the Faceless god. However those can’t appear in your product title or subtitle.
  • You can't mention the Vibes and the Living Saints appearing in the official books, actually we're encouraging you to design new ones!
  • The mechanics of The Lost Bay can be referenced and mentioned freely.
  • Your product can’t use The Lost Bay, or The Lost Bay Studio logos.
  • You can’t give the impression your product is published by The Lost Bay Studio or endorsed by it.
  • You can’t use AI generated content, art, text or otherwise.
  • Your project can’t include NFTs.
  • Your product must have appropriate content warnings.
  • You work can't use hate speech or bigoted speech towards minorities or marginalized identities. 
  • You can publish a work that critiques oppressive and bigot powers.
  • Unless used with the intent to illustrate a positive impact strictly avoid racism, sexual harassment/abuse, domestic violence and discrimination in works published under the TLB Third Party License.

The product text must mention: 

[Product name] is an independent production by [Publisher] and is published under The Lost Bay Third Party License. It’s compatible with the tabletop RPG The Lost Bay published by The Lost Bay Studio. Visit  www.thelostbaystudio.com

And

The Lost Bay is copyright The Lost Bay Studio LTD.

You keep total ownership of your work published under TLB TPL.
